Sairam Dear All,

Please go over the guidelines for joining online Maha Shivaratri 2021 Bhajans session.

1. All Lead singers by now should have been notified about your participation and slot timings.
2. Some of the open slots will be pre-assigned and some slots will be open where anyone can request to sing a bhajan but we will try our best to accommodate all lead singers.
3. SSE children will be singing between 7 PM and 9:00 PM on Thursday., March 11th 2021.

✅ Check List

🗸 Ensure you know your and your family bhajan slot.

🗸 Please login to zoom link 30 minutes before your scheduled slot. Encourage you to support us throughout.

🗸 One login per family.

🗸 Ensure there is no background noise or disturbance when you join.

🗸 Please provide chorus for all bhajans as you participate.

🗸 Suggested bhajan format – Each line (1 lead and 1 chorus) for both 1st Speed and 2nd Speed for Solo singers where possible.

🗸 Please enter your names in Zoom as below:
FirstName-LastName or LastName-family.

🗸 Please use chat feature in Zoom meeting to request for singing a bhajan during open bhajans. Use the format “Name of the singer – Center“. Note: If there are more than 1 singer in a family, please request separately for each singer.

🗸 Text or Whatsapp to 6465529938 if you want to sing during open bhajans for those who join zoom meeting by Phone only. We will confirm asap.
