In true spirit of the above Divine quote, we have taken the initiative to organize a picnic on June 25th (Saturday) to come together with all SSSE children, Young Adults and Adults.

Kindly reach out to the office bearers for more information.

Below are Dos and Don’ts for us to follow. Please enjoy and let’s pray we have a beautiful and fun filled “sai picnic”. Can’t wait!!! See you all.

DO’S

  1. Always have mask on you. Please have enough masks for you / family just in case.
  2. Recommend to wear sneakers than flip-flops
  3. Use this GPS location for directions to get to the parking lot spot – click below button
  4. Participate in games / other activities
  5. Follow instructions by Coordinators.
  6. Bring any medication used.
  7. Keep yourself hydrated.
  8. Please bring your own chairs where possible (Camping Chairs / Beach Chairs) as we will try our best to arrange tables.

DONT’S

  1. No Hand Shakes or others.
  2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth or face without washing your hands.
  3. Don’t litter any paper / wraps or others. Use designated garbage bins / bags.
  4. Don’t lose sight of your children while at Beach.
  5. Don’t hesitate to seek for help immediately.

  • We will be holding In Person – Certificate/Graduation/SSSE Last Day ceremony. No SSSE Classes on Friday, June 24th 2022.
  • We will also be observing our Center Sai Picnic filled with fun and games.
  • Venue will be “Sunken Meadow State Park / Beach” NY. It will be outdoor activity only with games, fun, & food.
  • Note: Entry to the park per car will be $11. 
  • Our picnic spot with in the park is Field # 4, West Orchard picnic area. It is close to Restrooms as well.
  • Various teams have been formed for Food, Games, SSSE Graduation, Others.
  • Please reach out to officer bearers if you would like to assist or support during the day for Food, Games, Others.
