GUIDELINES

Sairam Dear All,

Please go over the details of guidelines for joining online GAB session.

1. All Lead singers by now should have been notified or will be notified shortly about your participation and slot timings.
2. Each center has been allotted an dedicated slot. Please reach out to your center devotional coordinator. 
3. All dedicated slots are scheduled for Sunday, Nov 15th 2020.
4. We will ensure that all singers from all families are given an opportunity to lead at least one bhajan. Please reach out to us if you or your family was not confirmed with your participation.
5. This year, adults open slot will start at 9 PM.
6. Some of the open slots will be pre-assigned and some slots where anyone can request to sing a bhajan but we will try our best to accommodate all lead singers.
7. SSE children are given 2 dedicated slots. One from 8 PM – 9 PM Saturday, Nov 14th and Second from 10 AM – 11:15 AM Sunday, Nov 15th.
 

✅  Check List

🗸 Ensure you know your and your family bhajan slot.

 

🗸 Please login to zoom link 30 minutes before your scheduled slot. Encourage you to support us throughout.

🗸 One login per family where possible.

 

🗸 Ensure there is no background noise or disturbance when you join.

 

🗸 Please provide chorus for all bhajans as you participate.

 

🗸 Suggested bhajan format – Each line (1 lead and 1 chorus) for both 1st Speed and 2nd Speed for Solo singers where possible.

🗸 Please enter your names in Zoom as below:
FirstName-LastName or LastName-family. Ex: SaiKishore-Paluru or Paluru-Family.

 

🗸 Please use chat feature in Zoom meeting to request for singing a bhajan during open bhajans. Use the format “Name of the singer – Center” ex: Sai Kishore – Flushing. Note: If there are more than 1 singer in a family, please request separately for each singer.

 

🗸 Text or Whatsapp to 6465529938 if you want to sing during open bhajans for those who join zoom meeting by Phone only. We will confirm asap.
