It is important that we pay attention to the discipline and sacrifice required for a safe and healthy celebration. Each participant should be aware that travel and gathering together during the weekend will pose potential risks to transmit or be infected by COVID.
The organizers have followed all state and county guidelines for distance and density requirements. Hand sanitizers will be made available at the entrance of all meeting halls and rooms. Masks should be brought by each attendee and should be worn as much as possible.
If you or your companions have underlying health factors such as heart disease, cancer, major organ disease or a compromised immune system, you may wish to avoid attending the event without taking extra precautions and the advice of your physician.
