Subject: Memorial Day Retreat. Deadline for the Registration is Extended till Monday 23rd May 2022. No Walk-In Registrations.

Sairam Dear SSSGC-USA Region 2 Center Presidents/Group Leaders,

Humble salutations at the lotus feet of Sai.

During the Regional Officers weekly meeting, a decision was taken to extend the deadline for Retreat Registration till 23rd  May 2022 Monday.  This will give more time for the devotees to register.
Please note that there are no walk-in registrations possible for this retreat. We strongly encourage everyone to wear masks during the retreat.

Leading up to the retreat, all the registrants are requested to be cautious with regards to exposure by wearing a mask when going out and minimizing exposure to others.

Also, all the registrants should bring a digital or physical copy of their vaccination proof during the retreat check in process for the registration team to verify.

Reminder of the two Sevas  (Service Activities) taken up during the retreat:

Open Market Seva:

Open Market Seva is a Seva where perishable and non-perishable food, used and new clothing/books/toys are distributed to the needy in Plainfield NJ every 3rd Sunday of the month.
Items in the list (see below) can be brought to the retreat where we will have a dedicated space for collection and sorting.

Eye Glass Collection Seva.

If you would like to donate your used eye glasses, you can bring them to the retreat location. We have arrangements to take them to the eye glass recycling center as well as to the Eye Camps in India after restoration.

Please share this email with all the Sai Center/Group members.
